Nepal National team coaching staffs have announced the first eleven for Syria clash scheduled today at JLN Stadium, New Delhi.

The only change in the squad is Sabindra Shrestha who will replace suspended Bikash Singh Chhetri. 

Sandip Rai will go to defense line from midfield while Jagjeet Shrestha has been given a responsibility to take care of left midfield. Raju Tamang will take command over midfield while Bhola Silwal will be playing in the right midfield. 

Sagar Thapa, Rohit Chand, Biraj Maharjan, Sandip Rai and Sabindra Shrestha are the five defenders.   

Biraj Maharjan and Sabindra Shrestha will play as attacking wingers from the flank. 

Jumanu Rai and Bharat Khawas are the strikers of the team. 

The exact formation of the team will be 5-3-2

Kiran Chemjong has been declared medically fit to play the game and will replace Ritesh Thapa under the bar. 

Sandip Rai will go to defense line from midfield while Jagjeet Shrestha has been given a responsibility to take care of left midfield. Raju Tamang will take command over midfield while Bhola Silwal will be playing in the right midfield.

Midfielder Rupesh Kc has caught an eye infection.

The team physio Dejib Thapa informed GoalNepal.com that KC might have caught an eye infection. 

"We are taking him to hospital. It is nothing serious but the clear picture will come after seeing the medical reports". 

KC said that he had a fine sleep but he found uneasy in his eyes when he woke up Monday morning. 

Meanwhile, National national team will spend few hours in the evening session today. 

Nepal will take on India in its third match of Nehru Cup on August 28 at JLN Stadium, New Delhi.

Nepal Telecom has extended its sponsorship deal with Nepal Police Club for a year worth Rs 1.6m. 

NTSC managing director, Amarnath Singh and Nepal Police IGP Rabindra Pratap Shah signed in an MoU amid a program in Kathmandu. 

MD Singh and IGP Shah jointly handed over the T-shirt printed with NTC logo to club skipper Dipendra Poudel. 

Nepal Police Club is the National league champions and is the recent winner of British Gurkha cup.
